肠道菌群对中枢神经系统疾病影响的研究进展

摘要: 肠道菌群在人体健康和疾病转换过程中扮演重要角色。它不仅参与宿主的多项生理过程,还可通过菌群-肠-脑轴的活动影响中枢神经系统(CNS)功能,可能与神经递质、免疫、内分泌以及代谢产物等途径密切相关。当肠道菌群失调时,可对脑缺血、帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、多发性硬化、肝性脑病以及精神障碍等CNS疾病的发生发展产生影响。粪便微生物移植、运动训练、针灸推拿等疗法可改善肠道菌群失调,有望成为治疗和预防一些神经系统疾病的有效措施。

Abstract: Intestinal flora plays an important role in the process of human health and disease conversion. It not only participates in a number of physiological processes in the host, but also affects the central nervous system (CNS) -related diseases, which may involve in neurotransmitter, immune, endocrine, metabolites, etc. Intestinal dysbacteriosis plays a role in the development of CNS diseases, such as ischemic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, hepatic encephalopathy, and mental disorders, etc. Fecal microbes transplantation, exercise training, acupuncture and Tuina therapy can improve the intestinal flora balance, which may be potential for the treatment and prevention of some nervous system diseases.
