摘要:

肺炎是最常见的卒中后感染类型,发病率达57%,且与卒中后不良预后独立相关。医用三氧作为一种新型无副作用的疗法,通过激活多种分子机制,实现免疫调节、抗炎、抗氧化应激、改善氧代谢等作用,可能为卒中后肺炎提供潜在治疗方法。

Abstract:

Pneumonia is the most common type of post-stroke infection, with an incidence of up to 57%, and is independently associated with poor outcome after stroke. Ozone is a harmless therapy working for anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative stress and improving oxygenation through various molecular ways, which may be a potential therapy for post-stroke pneumonia.
