摘要: 观察肌内效贴对不同恢复期的脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的临床疗效。 2015年8月至2017年8月,选择Brunnstrom Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期脑卒中偏瘫患者各30例,每期再随机分为对照组和治疗组各15例。患者均接受综合康复训练,治疗组在此基础上采用肌内效贴治疗,共4周。治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)、计时起立-行走测试(TUGT)和步态分析进行评定。 治疗后,所有患者各项评定成绩均较治疗前显著改善(P < 0.001);组间比较,Brunnstrom Ⅳ期治疗组FMA-LE评分和步速较对照组明显改善(P < 0.01);Brunnstrom Ⅲ期治疗组FMA-LE评分、步速、TUGT时间、髋关节伸展角度和步态对称性较对照组改善(P < 0.05)。 肌内效贴有助于进一步改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能,对Brunnstrom Ⅲ期患者效果更好。
