针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

摘要： 目的观察针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组以针刺颈夹脊、百会、风池等穴结合推拿治疗;对照组口服西比灵治疗。结果治疗组治愈率70.0%,总有效率98.0%;对照组治愈率51.1%,总有效率86.0%,两组患者治愈率和总有效率的差异显著性意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效可靠。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on vertebral artery cervical spondylosis.Methods 100 patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The cases of the treatment group were treated with acupuncture neck to Jiaji,Baihui,Wind Point acupoints and massage therapy.The cases of the control group only took sibelium orally.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 70.0% and 98.0% respectively;those of the control group were 51.1% and 86.0%.There was a significant difference in cure rate and total effective rate between two groups(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage treatment is effect on vertebral artery cervical spondylosis.
