摘要

慢性下背痛是一种临床常见疼痛，与腰腹肌功能紊乱密切相关。压力生物反馈作为一种新兴技术，近年来被广泛应用 于慢性下背痛的康复评估与治疗中。本文综述压力生物反馈仪在腰腹部肌肉活动性评估中的信效度，并总结其在慢性下背痛康复 中的应用，主要涉及腰腹肌活动特点及腰椎稳定性等方面的评估与治疗。

Abstract

Chronic low back pain is a common type of pain which is related to the dysfunction of low back muscles. In recent years, the pressure biofeedback has been widely used for the assessment and treatment of chronic low back pain. This paper reviewed the reliability and validity of pressure biofeedback unit in the evaluation of lumbar and abdominal muscles activity, as well as its application on the rehabilitation of chronic low back pain, which mainly related to the assessment and treatment of lumbar muscle activity and lumbar spine stability.
