目的 讨论胼胝体脑梗死后失用及空间忽略的临床特点和康复治疗方法。方法 探讨1例胼胝体脑梗死患者失用症伴偏侧空间忽略的康复经过。结果 经过积极康复治疗,患者失用及空间忽略明显改善。结论 对类似疾病,积极康复治疗可明显改善患者症状,提高日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and rehabilitation of apraxia with unilateral neglect after corpus callosum infarction.Methods A case of apraxia with unilateral neglect after corpus callosum infarction was discussed.Results After rehabilitation, the apraxia and unilateral neglect were improved.Conclusion For similar cases, rehabilitation can significantly improve the symptoms and activities of daily living.
