摘要

本文介绍针刺促进脊髓损伤后神经功能恢复的主要生物学机制,包括抑制炎症反应和氧化应激,减轻神经病理性疼痛,增加神经营养活性物质,调节细胞生存/凋亡基因和神经再生信号通路。

Abstract

This article introduced the main biological mechanisms of acupuncture promoting nerve function recovery after spinal cord injury, which include inhibition of inflammation and oxidative stress, alleviation of neuropathic pain, increase of neurotrophic active substance, regulation of cell survival/apoptosis gene and neural regeneration pathway.
