摘要

乳腺癌发病率高,以外科手术切除为主,辅助放、化疗等治疗使患者生存率提高,但会引起各种健康问题,影响患者生活质量。乳腺癌术后常见的健康问题主要有腋网综合征、淋巴水肿、癌因性疲劳、乳腺癌术后疼痛综合征、睡眠功能障碍等。手法治疗、综合消肿治疗、有氧运动训练等康复方法可以有效帮助患者术后早期恢复,改善生活质量。

Abstract

The morbidity of breast cancer is high. Fortunately, long-term survival rate is optimistic after breast cancer treatments. However, a number of impairments commonly result from the treatments of breast cancer. These include axillary web syndrome, lymphedema, cancer-related fatigue, post-mastectomy pain syndrome, and sleep dysfunction, etc. Rehabilitation interventions, such as manual therapy, comprehensive decongestive therapy, aerobic exercises, may help the breast cancer survivors cope with these impairments and improve their quality of life.
