摘要

神经源性肠道功能障碍是脊髓损伤最常见的并发症之一,可引起腹胀、便秘、大便失禁、排便困难以及排便时间延长等症状。目前脊髓损伤后神经源性肠道功能障碍主要通过一般情况采集、体格检查、临床检查、评价量表以及肠道微生物等进行评估。

Abstract

Neurogenic bowel dysfunction is one of the most common complications of spinal cord injury. It can cause abdominal distension, constipation, fecal incontinence, difficult defecation, prolonged defecation and other symptoms. At present, neurogenic bowel dysfunction is mainly evaluated through general condition, physical examination, experimental examination, professional scales and intestinal microbiota, etc.
