Abstract

This article introduced the neuromuscular activation characteristics of patients with chronic ankle instability during different movement patterns, and explained the reasons of deficits of neuromuscular control in lower extremity muscle activity, kinetics, and kinematics, which aimed at further clarifying the mechanism of chronic ankle instability, and providing theoretical basis for its rehabilitation training.
