Abstract

This article introduced the characteristics of eccentric contraction and its mechanism, as well as its application in the rehabilitation of chronic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sports injuries, elderly sarcopenia, anterior cruciate ligament repair, cancer survivor, type 2 diabetes and nervous system diseases, etc.
