创伤后应激障碍的中医疗法及其机制研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是经历威胁性、突发性或灾难性事件导致的个体延迟出现以及长期持续存在的精神障碍。PTSD主要涉及海马、杏仁核、前额叶以及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴,但具体的发病机制尚不完全明确。PTSD的中医治疗,包括中药、针灸、情志疗法越来越受到关注,治疗机制可能涉及神经元保护、调控学习记忆、抗应激、调节HPA轴等。

Abstract: Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) refers to the sudden, threatening or catastrophic life events leading to delay and long-term persistence of mental disorders. Hippocampus, amygdala, prefrontal cortex and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA) may be involved in PTSD, but the exact pathogenesis is not entirely clear. Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Chinese herbs, acupuncture and emotion-thought therapy, are considered as the main methods for PTSD, which may play a role in neuroprotection, adjustment of learning-memory, anti-stress, adjusting HPA, etc.
