电脑上肢评估训练系统对脑卒中恢复期患者手功能的疗效

摘要: 目的观察电脑上肢评估训练系统(E-LINK)对脑卒中恢复期患者手功能的临床效果。方法30 例患者分为治疗组(n=16)和对照组(n=14)。两组均接受神经内科治疗及常规康复,治疗组加用E-LINK 进行手功能训练,共治疗12 周。结果治疗后,治疗组最大握力及捏力、Barthel 指数、前臂旋后活动度及上肢Fugl-Meyer 评定评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论E-LINK可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of E-LINK system on hand function of patients with stroke. Methods 30 stroke patients were divided into treatment group (n=16) and control group (n=14). All the patients accepted routine rehabilitation, while the treatment group was trained additionally with the E-LINK system for 12 weeks. Results The strength of grip and pinch, the scores of Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer assessment of upper limb, and the range of supination of forearm improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Training with E-LINK system can improve the motor function of upper limb and activities of daily living of stroke patients.
