摘要: 功能磁共振成像(fMRI)是一项结合功能、解剖、影像,能实时、动态、无创评价脑功能的成像技术。本文总结正常人与脑卒中患者手运动时脑fMRI特征,并从fMRI揭示脑卒中后神经可塑,评估康复疗效、预后等方面介绍fMRI在脑卒中患者手运动功能康复中的研究进展,对目前fMRI在康复评估方面所面临的难题及其未来研究方向进行讨论。

Abstract: Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), a newly developing technique, contains function, anatomy and image, which makes the real-time, dynamic and non-invasive measurement of the functional brain imaging availability. This paper summarized the characteristics of fMRI in health and stroke populations, introduced the advances of fMRI in neuroplasticity, rehabilitation assessment and prognosis in hand movement dysfunction in patients with stroke, and discussed the difficulty fMRI faced in rehabilitation assessment and the further researches.
