异丙酚对肝缺血-再灌大鼠肾脏的保护作用

摘要: 目的研究肝缺血/再灌注(I/R)后对远隔器官肾脏的损伤作用,探讨异丙酚的抗肾脏损伤作用。方法SD大鼠72只,随机分为3组:正常对照组、I/R组、异丙酚保护组。肝缺血60min再灌注2h、4h后,检测血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)及肾组织病理学变化。结果与基础值比较,I/R组血中BUN、Cr水平显著增加,4h组高于2h组(P<0.05),而异丙酚组则低于I/R组。结论异丙酚能减少肝I/R对肾脏的损伤作用。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the remote renal injury after liver ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) and the renal protection afforded by propofol.Methods 72 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:normol control group, I/R group and propofol group .The animals were killed after 60 minutes ischemia of liver followed by reperfusion for 4 h,2 h. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) were detected,and renal histopathologic lesion were observed.ResultsIn I/R group,the serum level of BUN and Cr increased significantly compared with the baseline before liver I/R,while propofol could decrease the serum level of BUN and Cr significantly.ConclusionPropofol can reduce the renal injury during liver I/R.
