逐酸活血方治疗冠心病无症状性高尿酸血症疗效观察

Effect of Zhusuanhuoxue Prescription on asymptomatic Hyperuricemia with coronary heart disease

摘要： 目的观察中药方剂逐酸活血方治疗冠心病无症状性高尿酸血症患者疗效。方法符合冠心病及无症状性高尿酸血症的诊断标准住院患者26例,随机分为对照组15例,治疗组11例,对照组予科素亚50mg,每天1次;治疗组予逐酸活血方,每日1剂。疗程3周。观察治疗前后血尿酸。结果2组治疗前后血尿酸水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较无显著性差异(P=0.356)。结论逐酸活血方对冠心病高尿酸血症有显著疗效,其排尿酸效果与科素亚近似。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Zhusuanhuoxue Prescription on asymptomatic Hyperuricemia with coronary heart disease.Methods26 subjects were randomly divided into two groups. 11 patients in the treatment group who were treated with Zhusuanhuoxue Prescription and 15 patients in the control group who were treated with Losartan 50 mg. The changes of the blood uric acid level were observed before and 3 weeks after treatment.ResultsThere was a significant difference of uric acid level before and after treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between these 2 groups(P=0.356).ConclusionZhusuanhuoxue Prescription is effective on asymptomatic hyperuricemia with CHD, which is similar to that of Lostan.
