摘要: 最新的研究发现,肾脏产生一种新型的蛋白质——肾胺酶(renalase),一种依赖于黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸的胺氧化酶,由肾脏分泌入血,通过降解儿茶酚胺调节心脏功能和血压。肾脏疾病与心血管疾病密切相关,因此肾胺酶越来越受到人们的关注。笔者总结了近几年有关肾胺酶的研究,对该酶的结构及其作用机制进行简单综述,并提出其发展前景。

Abstract: The latest reports showed that kidney secrets a new type protein:renalase,a novel flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent(FAD-dependent)amine oxidase which is secreted into the blood by the kidney and regulates heart function and blood pressure by metabolizing catecholamines.Kidney disease is associated with cardiovascular disease,so people pay more and more attentions to renalase.This article will introduce the structure and mechanism of renalase,and propose its future.
