针对性作业疗法治疗脑卒中所致单侧空间忽略的疗效观察

摘要： 目的观察针对性作业疗法对脑卒中所致单侧空间忽略的治疗效果。方法108例脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者随机分为作业组54例,采用包括作业疗法的综合康复疗法;对照组54例,采用无作业疗法的常规康复治疗。在治疗前及治疗2个月后对两组患者分别进行二等分线段、数字划销、临摹试验、填表盘测评对异常率进行比较。结果治疗后,两组各项测试的异常率较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),其中作业组各项测试的异常率较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.01)。结论与常规康复治疗相比,针对性作业疗法改善单侧空间忽略的效果更显著。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of occupational therapy(OT) on unilateral spatial neglect(USN) in stroke patients.Methods 108 stroke patients with USN were randomly divided into OT group(54 cases) with OT and other rehabilitation therapy and control group(54 cases) without OT.They were assessed with line bisection test,number cancellation test,copying drawing test and clock-drawing before and 2 months after treatment.Results The incidence of USN of both groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.01),while that of the OT group were lower than of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion OT can significantly improve the USN after stroke.
