摘要： 目的探讨外伤性无骨折脱位颈髓损伤的诊断及治疗。方法对38例外伤性无骨折脱位颈髓损伤的病例,根据影像学表现采取不同的治疗方法并分析疗效。结果和结论根据MRI表现,结合临床症状的变化,6例患者采用非手术治疗,32例采用不同入路的手术方式。38例患者均获得了不同程度的康复。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture or dislocation.Methods 38 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results and Conclusion According to the manifestation of MRI and the symptoms,6 cases accepted conservation treatment,and the other 32 cases accepted surgery with different styles.All the patients recovered in some degrees.
