摘要： 目的探讨神经原性大肠功能障碍的康复护理处方。方法根据患者不同的排便障碍使用不同的康复护理处方,观察效果。结果和结论第二周评定有效率94.6%,患者的便意、排便耗时、控制能力、进食量等均有明显改善。

Abstract: Objective To study a rehabilitation nursing menus for neurogenic large intestine dysfunction.Methods Various nursing approaches were used for defecation dysfunction.Results and Conclusion 94.60% patients improved in the second week,which including gained more awareness,control,and spend less time of defecation.
