健康教育对改善精神分裂症患者服药依从性的作用

摘要: 目的探讨健康教育对改善精神分裂症患者服药依从性的作用。方法将100例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组50例和对照组50例,均予药物治疗,研究组在此基础上给予健康教育干预。在入院1周内和出院时对两组患者进行简明精神病评定量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷及服药依从性评定和对比分析。结果入院时,两组患者的简明精神病评定量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),出院时差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组患者入院1周内服药依从性比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),入院6周后研究组的服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症治疗过程中实施健康教育可提高患者的服药依从性。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of health-educcation on compliance of schizophrenic patients for taking medicine.Methods 100 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into the trial group and control group with 50 cases in each group.All patients of two groups were treated with clozapine,but the cases of the trial group were added with health-education.The insights and compliance of all patients for taking medicine were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ) in 1st week of admission and at discharge.Results At admission,there were no significant differences in the scores of the BPRS and ITAQ(P>0.05) and the treatment compliance(P>0.05) between two groups,but there were significant difference in the scores at discharge( P<0.01) and the compliance for taking medicine 6 weeks after admission(P<0.01).Conclusion The health-education can improve the compliance of schizophrenic patients for taking medicine.
