高压氧治疗对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力及海马锥体细胞的影响

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Abilities of Learning and Memory and Hippocampal Pyramidal Cell in Vascular Dementia Rats

摘要: 目的研究高压氧治疗对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力及海马锥体细胞的影响。方法制作血管性痴呆大鼠模型,随机分成对照组、假手术组及治疗组,高压氧治疗30d后,用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力,HE染色观察海马锥体细胞的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组大鼠空间记忆能力明显提高,海马锥体细胞数目明显增多。结论高压氧对血管性痴呆大鼠有明显治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy on abilities of learning and memory and hippocampal pyramidal cell in vascular dementia rats.MethodsThe vascular dementia model was reproduced and divided into control,sham and treatment groups.After 30 d of HBO therapy,the rats were assessed with the Morris water maze,and their hippocampal pyramidal cells were observed after HE staining.ResultsCompared with the control group,the ability of learning and memory of rats in treatment group increased,as well as the hippocampal pyramidal cells did.ConclusionHyperbaric oxygen therapy can be used to treat vascular dementia.
