平衡仪评定和治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿平衡功能的研究

Effect of Balance Performance Monitor on Balance Capacity in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

摘要: 目的观察平衡仪在测试和改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿平衡功能的作用。方法2~5岁痉挛型脑瘫患儿96例,随机分成试验组48例,采用平衡仪训练结合Bobath训练法;对照组48例仅采用Bobath训练法。治疗前、治疗2个月后应用平衡仪进行测试。结果两组治疗后各平衡参数的反映结果均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组各平衡参数的结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平衡仪训练能加强Bobath训练对脑瘫患儿的平衡功能的疗效。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Balance Performance Monitor (BPM) on balance capacity of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods96 children (2~5 years old) with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. BPM training combined with Bobath approach was used in the experimental group, and the Bobath approach was used in the control group. They were assessed with the BPM before and 2 months after training. Results2 months after training, the balance capacity in both groups improved than before(P<0.05). Furthermore, the index of experimental group is better than those of the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionBPM can improve the effects of Bobath approach on the balance capacity of the children with spastic cerebral palsy.
