摘要: 缺血性脑血管疾病占脑血管疾病的70%~80%。磁共振成像(MRI)可无创、高效地显示脑缺血病灶,在诊断超早期脑缺血和预测病灶的转归方面有一定指导意义。本文对近年来MRI 一些重要参数在诊断和预测脑缺血方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Cerebral ischemia accounts for 70%~80%. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows infarct focus efficiently, which plays an important role in the diagnosis of ultra-early stage of ischemia and the prediction of infarcts' change. This paper reviewed the recent advance in the effect of MRI on the diagnosis and prediction of cerebral ischemia.
