摘要: 基质金属蛋白酶-9 在脑缺血再灌注损伤急性期加重血脑屏障破坏,参与脑水肿和脑出血的组织损伤过程。其表达水平是反应脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑缺血损伤程度、脑梗死面积以及预后的一个重要指标。本文从其来源和表达、调控及基因多态性、脑缺血与出血转归及其抑制剂等方面进行综述,并对其可能的机制加以分析。

Abstract: The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury can accelerate the damage of brain-blood barrier and plays an important role in brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage. The level of MMP-9 can reflex the severity of brain ischemia, indicate to the volume of infarct area and point out the prognosis of the disease. This article reviewed its source and expression,the gene regulation and polymorphism, hemorrhage transformation and nhibitors, and the mechanism was also analyzed.
