Effect of Electromyographic Biofeedback on Lower Limbs Motor Function in Hemiplegics post Stroke

摘要: 目的观察肌电生物反馈疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的效果。方法脑卒中偏瘫患者60 例分为治疗组(n=30)及对照组(n=30)。两组均予运动疗法,治疗组增加肌电生物反馈疗法。分别于治疗前、治疗4 周后采用Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定(FMA)、Berg 平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel 指数(BI)进行评定。结果治疗前两组FMA、BBS、BI 评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FMA、BBS、BI 评分均比治疗前提高(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈疗法能进一步促进脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能恢复,提高平衡能力及日常生活活动能力。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of electromyographic (EMG) biofeedback on lower limbs motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Both groups accepted exercise therapy, and the treatment group accpted EMG biofeedback in addition. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), and Barthel Index (BI) before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between 2 groups in the scores of FMA, BBS and BI before treatments (P>0.05). All the scores significantly improved after treatments in both groups (P<0.05), and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Electromyographic biofeedback can further improve lower limbs motor function, balance and activities of daily living of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
