工作记忆训练系统对脑损伤患者工作记忆障碍的疗效①

摘要: 目的探讨工作记忆训练系统对脑损伤患者的训练效果。方法2013 年11 月~2015 年3 月,20 例伴工作记忆障碍的脑损伤患者分为训练组(n=10)和对照组(n=10)。训练组使用“工作记忆训练系统” 进行为期4 周的工作记忆训练。对照组不进行认知康复训练。训练前后对两组患者进行数字顺/倒背、空间顺/倒背、n-back 测试及日常生活记忆调查问卷评定。结果训练组各项测试结果除数字正背外,均较对照组提高(Z>2.014, P<0.05),日常生活记忆问卷评分改善(Z=1.970, P=0.049)。结论工作记忆系统训练可以提高脑损伤患者记忆水平,改善患者日常生活记忆障碍程度。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Working Memory Training System on working memory impairment after brain injury. Methods From November, 2013 to March, 2015, 20 patients of brain injury with impairment of working memory were divided into training group (n=10) and control group (n=10). The training group was trained with the Working Memory Training System for four weeks, while the control group did not accept any cognitive rehabilitation. They were tested with digital forwards/backwards, space forwards/backwards, n-back test and Everyday Memory Questionnaire before and after training. Results All of the tests improved more in the training group than in the control group (Z>2.014, P<0.05), except that of digital forwards, as well as the score of Everyday Memory Questionnaire (Z=1.970, P=0.049). Conclusion Application of Working Memory Training System can improve the ability of memory in patients with brain injury, both the working memory and everyday memory.
