脑电超慢涨落图分析血管迷走性晕厥患者脑内神经递质功能的变化

摘要: 目的采用脑电超慢涨落图技术(ET)观察血管迷走性晕厥(VVS)患者脑内神经递质功能变化情况。方法2015年8月至2016年12月,临床诊断明确的VVS患者30例为病例组,以年龄和性别为配比条件,在门诊选取无晕厥病史的患者为对照组。利用ET检测两组患者脑内神经递质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(Glu)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)的功能。结果病例组GABA、Glu、5-HT、Ach、DA与对照组无显著性差异(t<1.680, P>0.05),NE显著高于对照组(t=-3.552, P<0.001)。结论VVS可能与脑内神经递质NE活跃程度高有关。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the changes of brain neurotransmitters in patients with vasovagal syncope (VVS) with encephalofluctuogram technology (ET). MethodsFrom August, 2015 to December, 2016, 30 patients with VVS were selected as case group, 30 controls matched with sex and age were selected from the outpatients without syncope. They were detected the function of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), glutamate (Glu), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), acetylcholine (Ach), norepinephrine (NE) and dopamine (DA) with ET. ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in the values of GABA, Glu, 5-HT, Ach and DA (t<1.680, P>0.05), while the values of NE was higher in the case group than in the control group (t=-3.552, P<0.001). ConclusionVVS may be related to the high level of activity of NE in the brain.
