摘要: 脊髓损伤是神经科学领域重要的研究方向之一,而神经束路示踪技术是其重要的研究手段。脊髓中神经纤维性质复杂,在人类和动物间存在很多分布差异。本文对神经束路示踪技术、脊髓损伤易累及的主要神经纤维的分布特点和在种属间的差异及神经束路示踪技术在脊髓损伤与再生研究中的应用进行综述。

Abstract: Spinal cord injury is one of the important field of neuroscience, and neural tract tracing techniques are important research tools. The neural fiber types in the spinal cord are complex, and there are some difference in structures between human beings and animals. This article reviewed different types of neural fibers closely related with spinal cord injury and regeneration, the difference between human beings and animals, and the application of neural tract tracing techniques in the study of spinal cord injury and regeneration.
