摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文介绍手法淋巴引流(MLD)技术的历史与发展、作用机制以及水肿的分类和鉴别,并重点阐述MLD的适应症与禁忌症,以及在临床各领域包括癌症术后、感染亚临床状态以及外科中的应用。

关键词: 手法淋巴引流, 水肿, 机制, 综述

Abstract: This article introduced the history and development, and the mechanism of manual lymph drainage (MLD), as well as the classification and identification of edema in clinic. Then the indication and contraindication, and the application in clinical areas, including postoperative cancer, infection with subclinical conditions and surgery, were also elaborated.
