摘要: 大鼠施行永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎手术后,出现脑血流量减少、学习和记忆功能障碍、脑内神经元损伤及死亡、突触及树突损伤,以及神经炎症反应等的时程变化,能复制人类血管性痴呆的病理改变和临床症状,为血管性痴呆的病理机制和防治药物研究提供帮助。

Abstract: Rats after permanent bilateral common carotid artery ligation would result in cerebral blood flow reduction, learning and memory dysfunction, neuronal injury and death, synaptic and dendritic injury, and neuroinflammation, etc., which reproduce the pathology and clinical symptoms of human vascular dementia, that help for further research on pathophysiology and treatment of vascular dementia.
