多维视觉手功能康复定量评估系统在脑卒中患者手功能评估中的可行性研究

摘要: 目的 探讨多维视觉手功能康复定量评估系统用于脑卒中患者手功能评估的可行性。方法 2017年11月至2018年7月,17例脑卒中住院患者分别采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表进行上肢和手运动功能评估,同时采用多维评估系统进行前臂、腕和手运动功能评估。结果 多维评估系统评估结果与Fugl-Meyer评定量表评分呈正相关(r = 0.609, P = 0.010)。结论 多维视觉手功能康复定量评估系统可用于定量评估脑卒中患者上肢和手功能。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibility of Multi-dimensional Visual Hand Function Rehabilitation Quantitative Assessment System in the assessment of hand function for stroke patients. Methods From November, 2017 to July, 2018, 17 stroke inpatients were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment-upper extremities (FMA-UE) and the Multi-dimensional Assessment System. Results The results of Multi-dimensional Assessment System positively correlated with the score of FMA-UE (r = 0.609, P = 0.010). Conclusion The Multi-dimensional Visual Hand Function Rehabilitation Quantitative Assessment System can be used to assess the hand function for stroke patients quantitatively.
