摘要: 在日常生活中,机体需要适应复杂环境,同时执行多项任务。脑卒中后,患者执行双重任务的能力下降,常规康复并不能充分解决脑卒中后双任务下的平衡功能障碍。本文总结双任务训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能的研究现状,讨论可能的作用机制。
