摘要: Notch信号通路是一种进化上高度保守的信号通路途径,缺血可激活该通路,在细胞凋亡、血管生成、神经发生、免疫炎症等方面发挥作用。缺血性脑卒中后针刺治疗,可以影响Notch信号通路相关因子的表达,促进缺血脑组织的神经发生,增强缺血耐受性,抑制细胞凋亡,促使血管生成等。

Abstract: Notch signaling pathway is a highly conserved signaling pathway in evolution, which would be activated to play a role in apoptosis, angiogenesis, neurogenesis, immune inflammation and others after ischemia. After acupuncture for ischemic stroke, the expression of Notch signaling pathways related factors increase, which may play a role in neurogenesis, ischemic tolerance, apoptosis, angiogenesis, and so on.
