本院以三级医疗机构为龙头、二级医疗机构为核心、一级医疗机构为基础构建了一站式三级医疗康复服务体系。一站式三级医疗康复网络的运行,一体化管理、同质化医疗及一站式三级医疗机构使转诊流程更畅通,解决了康复医疗机构不足、康复专业人才缺乏,专业技术参差不齐的问题。真正实现分级康复医疗和双向转诊,满足患者的康复医疗需求。
A service system was created that the tertiary hospitals as the leader, the secondary hospitals as the core and the basic hospitals as the foundation, formed the one-stop three level medical rehabilitation service system. It made the referral process more convenient with the operation of the one-stop service, along with the integrated management, the homogenization treatment and the one-stop three level medical institutions; and also solved the problems of the inadequate of rehabilitation medical institutions, the lackage of rehabilitation professionals and the uneven professional and technical condition, that realized hierarchical rehabilitation and two-way referral to meet the rehabilitation needs of patients.
