高压氧联合针灸治疗外伤性周围性面神经损伤的效果及肌电图分析①

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Traumatic Peripheral Facial Nerve Injury: A Electromyography Study

摘要: 目的观察高压氧联合针灸治疗外伤性周围性面神经损伤的临床疗效,并对治疗前后肌电图结果进行分析。方法2007 年1 月~2013 年1 月,将本院160 例外伤性周围性面神经损伤患者分为新法治疗组(n=80)和常规治疗组(n=80)。两组均常规予药物治疗,新法治疗组在此基础上加用高压氧联合针灸治疗,疗程36 d。观察患者的临床疗效,同时对治疗前后的肌电图结果进行分析。结果治疗后,新法治疗组治愈率和有效率均显著高于常规治疗组(χ2>7.657, P<0.001);新法治疗组面神经运动潜伏期较常规治疗组缩短(t>2.214, P<0.05),面神经M波波幅较常规治疗组明显升高(t>3.116, P<0.01),相关募集电位数较常规治疗组增加(χ2=9.76, P<0.05),运动单位电位电压较常规治疗组显著升高(t>5.45, P<0.001)。结论高压氧联合针灸治疗可提高外伤性周围性面神经损伤的临床疗效。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on traumatic peripheral facial nerve injury, and the results of electromyography. Methods From January, 2007 to January, 2013, a total of 160 patients with traumatic peripheral facial nerve injury were divided into treatment group (n=80) and control group (n=80). Both groups received routine drug treatment. Hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture and moxibustion was applied to treatment group in addition. The clinical efficacy and the results of electromyography were analyzed before and 36 days after treatment. Results After treatment, the cure rate and total efficiency was significantly higher (χ2>7.657, P<0.001), the motor latency of facial nerve was shorter (t>2.214, P<0.05), the M wave amplitude of facial nerve was significantly higher (t>3.116, P<0.01), the number of recruitment potential was more (χ2=9.76, P<0.05), and the motor unit potential voltage was significantly higher (t>5.45, P<0.001) in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is more effective on traumatic peripheral facial nerve injury than routine.
