完全性脊髓损伤后血清S-100β 蛋白浓度的变化①

摘要: 目的评价S-100β 蛋白能否成为创伤性脊髓损伤的血清标记物。方法2013 年6 月~2014 年10 月,选取完全性脊髓损伤患者24 例,分别在损伤后1 周、3 个月、6 个月抽血,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中S-100β 蛋白浓度,以10 名健康人血清作为正常对照。结果S-100β 蛋白血清浓度在损伤后1 周、3 个月时显著升高(Z>4.273, P<0.001)。结论S-100β 蛋白血清浓度升高可能有助于评估完全性脊髓损伤后早期的组织损伤。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate whether S-100β protein could be a serum marker for traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods From June, 2013 to October, 2014, 24 patients with complete SCI were measured the serum S- 100β protein concentrations with enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay, one week, three and six months after SCI. Serum from ten healthy persons was as normal control. Results The serum S-100β protein concentrations increased one week and 3 months after SCI (Z>4.273, P<0.001). Conclusion The increase of serum S-100β protein may help assessing early impairment after complete SCI.
