摘要: 目的对脑瘫儿童家庭功能的典型类型进行分析。方法通过对206 份有效问卷所收集的数据进行描述统计,对研究变量进行相关分析。结果以家庭功能中“总的功能”维度作为特征值,儿童家庭功能分为“解决问题型”(M=26.5402)“有效沟通型”(M=23.4719)和“情感介入型”(M=33.3750),并且以解决问题型(47.28%)和有效沟通型为主(48.37%)。结论脑瘫儿童的家庭功能以解决问题型和有效沟通型为主,情感介入较少。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the type of family function of children with cerebral palsy. Methods The data collected from 206 valid questionnaires were analyzed. Results The Total Function dimension was as the characteristic value in the family function. The result showed that children's family function could be divided into three types, namely, Problem Solving (M=26.5402), Effective Communication (M=23.4719) and Emotional Intervention (M=33.3750). Problem Solving (47.28%) and Effective Communication (48.37%) were the main types. Conclusion Family function of children with cerebral palsy can be mainly divided into Problem Solving and Effective Communication, less of Emotional Intervention.
