摘要: 慢阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)具有明显的肺外损伤效应,可引起呼吸肌和外周骨骼肌的萎缩,严重影响患者呼吸功能和生活质量,其中核因子κB(NF-κB)过度激活被认为是COPD患者骨骼肌萎缩的一种重要因素。本文从NF-κB激活与COPD患者骨骼肌蛋白降解和骨骼肌细胞再生之间关系,分析NF-κB在COPD患者骨骼肌萎缩中的作用及运动对COPD骨骼肌NF-κB通路的影响。

Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary (COPD) has significant extra pulmonary effects, which could induce atrophy of peripheral skeletal muscle and respiratory muscles, and significantly influence the respiratory function and quality of life. Muscle nuclear factor (NF)-κB activation plays a key role in the skeletal muscle atrophy. This article discussed the potential mechanisms on how NF-κB signaling pathway increasing protein breakdown and reducing muscle regeneration. On this basis, we explored the role of NF-κB in skeletal muscle atrophy in patients with COPD during exercise.
