摘要： 本文提出一种利用太极图构架的作业治疗实践模式。这一模式将太极图四个要素阳鱼、阴鱼、阳鱼眼、阴鱼眼分别类比于作业治疗中的“人”“环境”“经济条件”和“心理状态”；以阴阳互动类比人与环境互动：人与环境只有达到平衡状态，才能实现整个结构的稳定。太极模式可为中国作业治疗带来不同的思考，如“合理挑战，正确赋能”。

Abstract: This article proposes a novel occupational practice model implied from the native concept of Taiji Diagram. Four elements of Taiji Diagram, namely Yang-fish, Yin-fish, Yin-fish-eye and Yang-fish-eye, are matched to the elements of occupational practice, namely person, environment, economic condition and mental condition, respectively. The interaction between persons and their environment can be thought as the interaction between Yin and Yang, and the balance would be focused on. Some different ideas may be brought from this model, such as Appropriate Challenge, Appropriate Empowerment.
