美国手部治疗师注册考试与认证制度详解及借鉴意义

摘要： 本文以美国手部治疗师协会、美国手部治疗注册考试委员会和美国手部治疗师注册考试手册的官方内容为标准，对手部治疗师进行定义，对注册考试报考资格与资质认证、考试大纲和内容进行详细叙述，并将该考试与注册物理治疗师和注册作业治疗师考试进行比较。美国手部治疗师注册考试的考试大纲和内容可以帮助国内教研人员制定和规范课程，推动国内物理治疗和作业治疗的专向发展，为我国未来设立手部治疗师的注册和认证制度提供参考。

Abstract: This study descriptively illustrated the definition of certified hand therapist, eligibility requirement and accreditation system based on the official guidelines from American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC) and Handbook of Certified Hand Therapy Examination. Besides, this exam was compared with National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and Occupational Therapist Registered Examination (OTR Exam). The testing domains and contents may help the domestic teaching faculty to standardize the course syllabi, promote divided development of physical therapy and occupational therapy in a specialized manner, and exerted positive impact for promoting establishment of the hand specialists and accreditation system of China itself.
