脊髓损伤后髓内压测量方法的研究进展

摘要: 在脊髓损伤研究中,髓内压的测量尤为重要。本文分析了脊髓损伤后影响髓内压的因素及测量方法。影响因素包括水肿、血管调节和出血、硬脊膜、软脊膜、脑脊液、椎管和体位等。测量方法包括直接测量法和间接测量法,直接测量法包括传感器置于脊髓实质内或髓外硬膜内测压、腰椎导管测压和离体测压等;间接测量法包括计算机建模测压和测量眼压等。

Abstract: The measurement of intramedullary pressure is particularly important in the research of spinal cord injury. This article analyzed the influence factors and the measurement methods of intramedullary pressure. The influence factors included edema, vascular regulation and bleeding, spinal dural, pia mater spinalis, cerebrospinal fluid, canalis vertebralis and body position, etc. The measurement methods included direct measurement methods, as the sensor placed in the parenchyma of spinal cord, intradural extramedullary or lumbar catheter, and measuring in vitro, and indirect measurement methods, as computer modeling and intraocular pressure measuring.
