卒中后自主神经功能障碍的诊治进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自主神经功能障碍是脑卒中后常见的并发症,对临床预后有较大影响。目前对卒中后自主神经功能障碍的诊断标准尚未统一,其发病机制尚不明确,评估工具发展不充分,治疗方法以对症治疗为主。

Abstract: Autonomic function impairment is common in patients with stroke, and may lead to worse outcome. There is no unified diagnostic criterion for autonomic dysfunction after stroke, and the pathogenesis is not clear yet. The evaluation tools are also limited, and treatments are mainly symptomatic.
