摘要: 咽喉部感觉缺失会导致吞咽障碍及误吸。气脉冲感觉刺激技术以气流脉冲为刺激,以改善吞咽功能。本文归纳国内外不同气脉冲感觉刺激设备的结构特点和在具体应用中的优势和缺点,总结气脉冲感觉刺激技术在提高吞咽功能的治疗和评估中的具体操作方法,介绍其在吞咽评定和治疗中的应用效果。

Abstract: Supraglottic and pharyngeal sensory abnormalities contribute to dysphagia and aspiration. Air-pulse stimulation makes the air pulse as stimulator to improve swallowing function. This paper reviewed some sorts of air-pulse stimulation equipment, in term of structure and operation, and its application in evaluation and training of swallowing function.
