摘要: 脊髓损伤后机体代谢发生改变,导致血脂异常、糖尿病和心血管疾病等发生率增加。饮食结构欠合理会促进代谢异常发生,并诱发继发性病损,增加早期脊髓损伤患者死亡率。需运动、饮食和膳食补充剂进行综合干预。

Abstract: Changes in metabolism after spinal cord injury cause many nutritional problems, leading to an increased incidence of dyslipidemia, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Unreasonable diet structure will promote the occurrence of metabolic abnormalities, induce secondary lesions, and increase mortality in patients with spinal cord injury at early stage. A comprehensive intervention including exercise, diet and dietary supplements is needed .
