视觉反馈下肌肉能量技术对肘关节术后功能的效果

Effect of Muscle Energy Techniques with Visual Feedback on Function of Postoperative Elbow Joint

摘要: 目的 探讨视觉反馈下肌肉能量技术对肘关节术后功能的影响。方法 2015年10月至2017年8月,肘关节周围骨折术后患者40例随机分为对照组(n=20)和治疗组(n=20),两组均进行关节松动术治疗和家庭宣教,对照组采用传统肌肉能量技术治疗,治疗组采用视觉反馈下肌肉能量技术治疗,共8周。治疗前后,测量肘关节屈曲主动活动度(AROM),采用上肢功能障碍评估法(DASH)对患者上肢功能进行评定。结果 治疗后,两组AROM均显著增加(t>15.223, P<0.001),治疗组明显大于对照组(t=3.072, P<0.01);两组DASH评分均显著减小(t>27.991, P<0.001),治疗组小于对照组(t=2.222, P<0.05)。结论 视觉反馈下肌肉能量技术能进一步增加使肘关节屈曲活动度,上肢功能恢复更好。

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of muscle energy techniques with visual feedback on the function of postoperative elbow joint. Methods From October, 2015 to August, 2017, 40 patients after operation for elbow fracture were randomly divided into control group (n=20) and treatment group (n=20). Both groups accepted arthrolysis and exercise guidance at home, while the control group accepted routine muscle energy techniques and the treatment group accepted muscle energy techniques with visual feedback, for eight weeks. They were measured with active range of motion (AROM) of elbow flexion and assessed with Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand (DASH) before and after treatment. Results AROM increased in both groups after treatment (t>15.223, P<0.001), and increased more in the treatment group than in the control group (t=3.072, P<0.01); while the DASH score decreased in both groups (t>27.991, P<0.001), and decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group (t=2.222, P<0.05).Conclusion The muscle energy techniques with visual feedback can improve the motion and function of elbow after operation more effectively.
