摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研究分析世界卫生组织残疾评估工具和量表及国际重要残疾相关残疾统计文件,并分析美国和中国残疾相关数据内容与标准现状,发现国际相关的残疾调查数据采用了《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)的术语和标准,美国的残疾调查符合ICF理念,我国残疾相关调查部分采用ICF标准。

Abstract: This paper reviewed international documents of disability statistics. The results showed that all disability measurements had been adopted International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) terminology and approach. Disability statistics in US tailored to ICF framework and classification. Disability statistics in China had partially adopted ICF approach.
