以问题为基础的学习法结合案例学习法在康复治疗学骨科见习教学中的应用

摘要： 目的 培养康复治疗学本科生的临床思维和操作能力。方法 将五年制康复治疗学专业分为实验组和对照组,每组15名实习学生。对照组采用常规教学方法。实验组采用案例学习法(CBL)和以问题为基础的学习法(PBL),在实习中使用CBL,通过典型疾病的诊治流程,使学生掌握相关疾病的诊治技能;通过PBL帮助学生回顾相关基础知识,将基础知识融于临床实践中。实习结束后,对两组学生的考核成绩进行比较。结果 实验组考核成绩显著优于对照组(t>6.235, P<0.001)。结论 CBL和PBL相结合适用于康复治疗学骨科实习教学,对巩固学生的基础知识、临床思维能力有较大的帮助。

Abstract: Objective To improve the clinical thinking ability and operating skills of undergraduates majored in rehabilitation therapy. Methods Fifteen students were chosen as test group and taught with case-based learning (CBL) combined with problem-based learning (PBL), while fifteen students from the same grade were chosen as control group and taught with routine teaching method. PBL method helped to remind basic knowledge while CBL helped to teach clinical thinking and operating skills. Their performance were compared after practice.Results The scores were significantly higher in the test group than in the control group (t>6.235, P<0.001).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL was helpful to consolidate the basic knowledge and operating skills, and worked effectively in the orthopedic practice for rehabilitation therapy.
