Validity of Chinese Version of Action Research Arm Test in Patients with Early Cerebral Infarction

摘要: 目的 探究中文版上肢动作研究量表(C-ARAT)在早期脑梗死患者中的效度。 方法 2015年8月至2018年12月,选择中山大学附属第一医院康复医学科住院的第一次发病的早期脑梗死患者90例,分别进行C-ARAT和Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)评估,采用Spearman等级相关系数(ρ)检测两个量表评分的相关性。 结果 C-ARAT及其4个部分与FMA-UE均呈显著相关,相关性好至很好(ρ > 0.75, P ? 0.001)。 结论 在早期脑梗死患者中,C-ARAT具有良好的效度。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the concurrent validity of Chinese version of Action Research Arm Test (C-ARAT) in patients with first early cerebral infarction. Methods From August, 2015 to December, 2018, 90 inpatients with first early cerebral infarction in the department of rehabilitation medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University were enrolled. They were evaluated with C-ARAT and Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities (FMA-UE). Concurrent validity was determined using Spearman's rank correlation coefficients (ρ). Results C-ARAT and subscales generally exhibited good-to-excellent correlations with FMA-UE (ρ > 0.75, P ? 0.001). Conclusion At early stage of first cerebral infarction, C-ARAT demonstrated good-to-excellent concurrent validity.
