摘要: IκB激酶β (IKKβ)是核因子κB (NF-κB)信号通路中的关键激酶。在脊髓损伤后,IKKβ被活化,NF-κB信号通路异常激活,产生大量炎症因子,对脊髓损伤后的恢复产生不利影响。本文主要对IKKβ的结构功能及其在脊髓损伤后炎症反应中的应用进行综述,试图寻找一种治疗脊髓损伤的新靶点。

Abstract: IκB kinase beta (IKKbeta) is a key kinase in nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappaB) signaling pathway. After spinal cord injury, IKKbeta is activated, and the signal pathway of NF-kappa B is abnormally activated, which produces a large number of inflammatory factors, which has a negative impact on the recovery of spinal cord injury. This article mainly summarized the structure and function of IKKbeta and its application in inflammatory reaction after spinal cord injury, trying to find a new target for the treatment of spinal cord injury.
